To book your place, contact the SHOT office on 0161 423 4208 or email shot@nhsbt.nhs.uk.  The delegate fee is £69 (the same as 2011 fee).  Programme available here

A poster exhibition will take place during the day, where they will be judged and a prize will be given to the winner on the day.  Deadline for poster abstracts has been extended to Monday 7th May 2012 (see Instructions for submission of abstract).
