The virtual platform for the Annual SHOT Symposium 2021 will be open from 07:30 for networking, exhibition and posters. Meet the Experts sessions will be running on both mornings 08:00-09:00, on a first-come first-served basis. Please click on the Symposium Programme below for further details.
The ‘Early bird’ cost for the full symposium (two half days 07:30-15:00) is £30.00 per person or £20 per person for a single day. Early bird rates apply to any registrations where payment is received by Sunday 27th June 2021 thereafter the delegate fee will be £45 per person for both days or £30 per person for a single day. Payments are strictly non-refundable.
SHOT can only accept prepayment for delegate spaces. If you are unable to pay by credit/debit card please contact us or ask your finance departments to arrange direct payment.

If your abstract is accepted you will receive a complimentary delegate pass to attend the Annual SHOT Symposium 2021.
The deadline for completed abstract submissions is 12:00 on Friday 30 April 2021.
Applicants will be notified by 12:00 on Friday 21 May 2021 whether their abstract has been accepted.
The 2 best abstracts will be given a 10-minute oral presentation slot between 09:30 and 10:00 on Thursday 15 July.
