If you need to contact SHOT leading up or during the event, you can email the SHOT team using either of the emails below:
SHOT app
Please download the SHOT app before attending the Symposium to access information about the speakers, the topics presented, our exhibitors and to take part in our Treasure hunt. The app will contain specific symposium related content.
Wi-Fi access
The Wi-Fi on the day of the Symposium is free to access, using the network Hilton Honors
Registration
Registration is open between 8:00am – 8:45am on the day of the symposium.
Toilet facilities
There are several toilet facilities on the ground floor within the Monarch Suite, located in the main entrance area
Catering and food allergies
All food allergies should have been captured at registration for the symposium event, but please do contact the SHOT team with any further requirements by emailing [email protected]
