The video was produced through collaboration between the UK and Ireland Blood Services, and the Serious Hazards of Transfusion (SHOT) haemovigilance scheme. It replaces the previous versions, produced by the NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) Patient Blood Management (PBM) Team, released in 2018 and 2020.
