There is a subsidised ‘Early Bird’ fee of £110.00 per person (strictly non-refundable) to cover catering and hire charges.

Early bird rates apply to any registrations where payment is received by Friday 31st May 2024 thereafter the delegate fee will be £130 per person.

Symposium registration

TITLE, NAME & JOB TITLE will appear on both your delegate badge and the delegate list.

If you wish to opt out of having your details included on the delegate list you must advise us accordingly.

Data Processing Consent

Why do we ask for your consent?

The GDPR defines ‘Personal Data’ to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. SHOT are committed to protecting the privacy of any personal data you provide during your registration. The following statements describe what we do with your data and how long we store it, so that you are fully informed prior to registering.

Why are we processing your personal data?

We ask for your personal data to be able to process your registration for the SHOT Symposium. This information will be used for communications and updates about the Symposium, dietary or other special requirements and delegate badges.

Third parties that require access to your data

It is necessary for a third party organisation to access some of your personal data for the purposes of creating delegate badges, and to produce delegate lists for registration on the day of the Symposium.

How long will we store your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by us for up to 12 months after the SHOT Symposium 2024 at which point all personal data will be deleted.

The right to forget or anonymise your personal details

You have the right to request that we forget, or anonymise your personal data. If you have attended our event, we will retain event attendee records for reporting purposes, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an ‘anonymous’ record.
