Updated version of Safe Transfusion in Stem Cell Transplants now available!

The SHOT Team, in collaboration with The Royal College of Pathologists, National Blood Transfusion Committee and British Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy, published the Safe transfusions in haemopoietic stem cell transplant recipients guidance document in July 2021.

The document has now been updated to include instructions for CMV matching for granulocytes.
